UZO1 STAINLESS STEEL TOUCHLESS TRASHCAN WITH AUTOMATIC OPENING LID
We were very excited to receive and use this product for the first time. It worked pretty well and my husband and I really liked it. My kids thought it was high-tech! To make sure that everyone uses it right, I taped a note on top of it that they shouldn’t force it open or close. It worked for awhile. However, within a month, I saw two guests helped it close and from then on, we had problems with it. We now have to push the manual button open. Sometimes the automatic feature functions and sometimes not. And sometimes it doesn’t fully open wide. At first I thought the batteries needed replacement after two months. I replaced it but it remained the same. We haven’t thought of contacting the company for a replacement. Afterall – somebody did help the trash can close when that shouldn’t have been done. And if we got another one, how long would it be before someone would help it close again? We’re still using it though. It still looks good. But we’re looking at other trash cans already – I think the automatic feature doesn’t work for us.
